some people put yogurt and apple juice in theirs. I use frozen fruits only and it is less calories. I use about 10 frozen strawberries and one banana or 10 strawberries and about 1/4 cup of blueberries. There are 2 different smoothies.

I don’t really have the receipt but as long i know when i make it, just taste like the one you can get from Jamba Juice.

You’ll need a pack of frozen mix fruit that had strawberries, pineapple, mango, mix berries, banana…etc. orange sherbet, and orange juice. and your smoothie mixer.

Put 1/4 bag of frozen mix fruit, 2 scoop of sherbet, and a cup of orange juice mix brand it together. Make sure you taste it and add more ingredient to your taste.

    I hope you love it!!!…. =)
