Need Smoothie FRuit Veg Pulses Nuts Recipes to improve hair!?
I just bought a wicked little smoothie maker called indulgence from argos.
I want to make some healthy vitamin smoothies with fruit veg pulses nuts etc to improve the condition of my hair…Anyone got any cool smoothie recipes please! Thanks!
It takes a long time for any diet changes to become beneficial. It would take over two months for the hair follicles to begin to benefit. As hair grows only half an inch a month, it would take six months before you would begin to notice any changes. But your perseverance will pay off.
Protein is the key..so your smoothie should contain joghurt,,,vitamin B ( cereals, milk, egg, ) and zinc ( peanuts)are good…
These are your stables.. take it from here.. add fruits you like..
Vitamin B – Green vegetables, beans, sunflower seeds, nuts and peas.
Vitamin C – Citrus fruits like oranges, lemons, limes, melons and berries.
Vitamin E – Avocados, rice bran, nuts, dark green vegetables, legumes and whole grains.
Vitamin A – Carrots, sweet potatoes, squash, broccoli, cantaloupe and apricots.
Vitamin K – Seafood, dairy, figs, asparagus, broccoli, lettuce, brussel sprouts, cabbage, dark green leafy vegetables, oatmeal, soybeans, wheat, yoghurt, egg yolks and liver.
so for healthy shiny hair you are looking into a "liquid Muesli"… which then is good for your figure as well
