Are Juicers, SMoothie Makers and Blenders the same thing?


I would like to start making daily fruit and vegetable concoctions but don’t know what to buy. The prices seem to vary greatly and I don’t want to pay over the odds if it is just a gimmick.

Any advice and recipes appreciated! Thanks!

A juicer simply crushs the fruit, and removes the skin. A blender pulverizes everything, a smoothy-maker is a gimmick. Easily the most versatile thing is a blender, thats what I use.
