Holidays can be a stressful time with all the activities that come in such a short period of time. Finding time to prepare the right kinds of health inducing foods is not an easy task either. You can also add supplements such as supergreen powder, maca, bee pollen, flaxseed oil, sunflower seeds or I like to add almond butter to my smoothie.
